Million Dollar Duel

20080910_mdldual_320x240.jpg

If you think things got heated in last night’s season finale of Million Dollar Listing, well prepare yourself for an all out blog war. The season may be over, but Josh and Chad’s feud is still on. Check out the highlights from their recent blogs!

Chad:
Josh became upset, accused me of lying, and then said, "I was the one that didn't want to work with him." Josh continued to accuse me of lying, which put my integrity in question. That is when I decided to call Josh out….I felt that Josh's behavior was obnoxious and I strongly feel that his response in the final episode was nothing more than an effort to cover up his embarrassment…I strongly feel that his actions reinforced his immaturity.

Zing! And now, a retort from Mr. Josh Flagg...

Josh:
Chad decided to withhold that information and throw a bunch of old emails in my face at a time when he hoped he could embarrass me the most. Well, it didn't embarrass me…I was not going to write anything about Chad, but I waited to see if he wrote something about me, so I am simply responding to his attacks. Chad, I am sure you are going to read this. Grow up, and stop carrying emails around with you. It is pathetic.

Time to choose sides: Team Chad or Team Josh?

Chad will be the successful one. Not sure what the future holds for Josh especially the way he lives his life. All Josh does is talk about Chad behind his back. "Stop acting like a child and grow the hell up Josh, it's business, so get over it." Josh does not even talk to his clients professionally.

Chad you were point scoring , and deep down you know it. If you really were concerned about transparency and integrity you would have explained why Richard your client did not want to work with Josh and how he did know him and you would have done it way back when Josh asked for the inspection with his client. The professional thing to do would have been to offer full disclosure then, rather than with hold this information and frustrate Josh. If the roles were reversed you would appreciate Josh being honest with you at that moment. Also to take it to another level if you truly had the clients best interests at heart you would have somehow negotiated a way for Joshs client to see the property, rather than continue to fuel these petty ego games between you. I get there is no love lost between you but it is doing you no favours professionally to behave this way. The way you brought this up in an interview was calculated and extremely childish. You are better than this.

I think Chad and Josh both need to grow up. As you can see they are both still immature. I think they are both good at what they do and there is a lot of competition. I would have to say that Madison is the most mature one out of all of them. I do hope we get another season out of them because it is fun to watch.

I think these are two extremely young, materialistic, misled and arrogant "puppies" who wouldn't survive in a real job for more than a week.

Selling real estate? In California? In MALIBU?

This is what television has succombed to?

Guys, when your B'mers break down and your foofy bowl-cut hairdos start getting a bit frosted on the edges, I wonder whether you will actually have the substance to look back and see what you missed, and the contributions you COULD have made to people other than yourselves.

    But I doubt it.

Very interesting show and I enjoy it very much. Chad, I must say I think that you were entirely in the wrong last night and very unprofessional. To bring up what you did in the middle of a magazine interview was unforgiveable and you embarrassed yourself more than anything else. Why would you want to make Josh look bad - just to elevate yourself? It does not work that way. Look at how mortified Madison was just to be sitting in between you and Josh. Very childish on your part. You should have, from the very beginning, been honest and upfront with Josh instead of playing games -- if you had, I dare say he would have come clean and the entire situation would have been rectified by now. Come on - you guys are going to run into each other all over town and this situation is not good for you or your business. Move on and forget about it. You are the oldest and have the most experience and should therefore display the most professionalism. I'm routing for you Chad and I don't care what anyone says about your hair - I think it's great (and I think your Mom is super and beautiful as well).

Chad is the favorite of mine followed by the classy Madison. In business always remember: You must always give a little to get back. Chad & Josh need to remember this because one day the tables will be turned and one will need the other. Come on boys show some brotherly love. XOXO~VC

I think that both of them need to stop being dramatic then again its hollywood where i once resided. They are both sucessful obviously and its competition and drmam tv so ofcourse there is going top be people butting heads. I love the show, hate Chads cocky attitude but admire his sucess as the same for Josh who I find is just younger, not his fault, and Madison is just a doll and I think the world of him! Keep making money guys!!!

Today's youth if you apply yourself you can reach the stars,In stead of standing on corners reaching to grab some one's purse or grab the bars as they close behind you.
