Having to wait a week for the next episode was torture!! This show should be on at least five nights a week!! But, I guess I’ll find a way to get by with just weekly episodes.
SIGH! It’s hard to watch Paula cry when it’s not for a beautiful song that an Idol has just sung. This time, it’s because she really is upset...and that makes me upset. She needed a big hug from someone, but that wasn’t happening. The episode starts off with a meeting of her “people”, and Publicist Jeff talks about how to deal with the “[crap] sandwich” Paula has found herself in. I do have to give it to Jeff for coming up with the best idea, which is for Paula to keep all her appearance commitments, and to confront the accusations directly. Having followed Paula’s career since her first album came out, I know that there have been times when things got rough, and that Paula would cancel appearances. For her to have taken that route now would not have represented her well. So...kudos to Publicist Jeff for his fantastic idea.
