Sofia Boutella, star of summer blockbuster The Mummy, became a red-carpet star the minute she stepped out to her first premiere. The 35-year-old actress, who's also a model and a dancer, has arresting brown eyes and a statuesque build that brings sizzle to everything she wears.
For her first global press junket, the Algerian beauty worked with stylist Karla Welch. (You've likely heard of Karla; she dresses everyone from Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild to Sarah Paulson.) When pulling looks for her whirlwind tour, "I wanted to keep something quite romantic, glamorous, and a bit old-school Hollywood," Sofia told Vogue. "I love all of the old Hollywood stars from the '40s and '50s, and I wanted to have that same sense of elegance." Check out what Sofia wore in seven different cities, below.
1. New York City
A sparkling dress by Rodarte made a statement at Saks Fifth Avenue's unveiling of its Mummy-themed window installation.
2. Mexico City
Sofia stopped traffic in a glittering red dress by Valentino. There's not enough fire emojis in the world...
Ooh la la! We sense a bit of Brigitte Bardot inspiration in this sexy, off-the-shoulder dress by Miu Miu.
In Spain, the stunner lit up the red carpet in another figure-skimming gown from Miu Miu.
A sheer, sparkling dress from Prabal Gurung made a dramatic statement.
When Universal Studios hosted "The Mummy Day," Sofia came out to celebrate in a graphic, high-low dress by Rodarte.
A green-and-black dress, paired with Sofia's own version of the ruby slippers, marked her appearance in London.
Where in the world will Sofia go next? And, whatever will she wear?
