One of my happy places in life is Castle Hill Inn in Newport, Rhode Island. If you’ve never been, I urge you to go. Newport is an amazing town to visit—it combines beaches and mansions with historic pubs and the best Dark & Stormy you’ve ever tasted—but I digress. Back to Castle Hill.
