Every once in a while something comes along that shakes up a beloved franchise. Much like how Shannon Beador arrived in Season 9 of The Real Housewives of Orange County (we love you, Shan!), we have a breath of fresh for the Real Shelter Dogs and — guess what, guys — it’s cats.
These rejuvenating cats come to us from the Humane Society of Raleigh County located in Beckley, West Virginia. The Humane Society of Raleigh County is a nonprofit whose focus is preventing animal abuse and neglect by finding loving homes for all the animals in their community. We originally became aware of this shelter because of a viral Facebook post featuring cats in need of adoption. It served as an important reminder to us that cats, though they may seem more self-sufficient than their fur-brother doggos, still need forever homes.
And now, put down that catnip and meet your Real Shelter Cats, complete with opening-credits worthy taglines!
