I feel like the holiday is tomorrow and I haven't done a thing to prepare, which is part of the reason I have been completely MIA from this blogspace.
The city is jam-packed these days and everyone is running around like chickens with heads cut off. I wish I could say that work has slowed down but we are madly planning for New Years. Wowza.
Here are the stores I've been digging a lot for go-to Christmas gifts: Apple (make someone a themed Nano), Levis on 14th Street, Ralph Lauren (the Mansion), DVF (great scarves), Leo Design on Hudson, Paul Smith (great accesories), and Seize sur Vingt. I also suggest Amy Sedaris' new book as a gift for anyone and everyone!
I am heading upstate later today to be with friends for a couple days and will return to NYC for Christmas.
Dear Andy, I'm trying to think of the best words to describe how much I enjoy you. I would LOVE to meet you in person, if you are ever out this way, please let me know. I wish my husband watched Bravo with me, but he doesn't, no surprise eh? Well, I wish you a wonderful Holiday, you deserve the best of everything. Sincerely, Barbara Scott
I know that you are Jewish but do you spend the holidays with your parents? Either Hanukkah or Christmas?
Andy - Not loving your new year's eve promos. Hope you are ok. You seem uncomfortable and possibly in physical pain - strained back or groin muscle maybe?? Just looks awkward. And the whole "balls" schtick doesn't work - seems gratuitous and forced. Other than that - have a happy!
Andy, I love Bravo. The Real Housewives franchise is just escapism at its best. I have to say though you are my favorite. I love watching you interact with your guests but the reunion shows are just wonderful. You do a wonderful job of calling people on their behavior without being obnoxious about it. The only complaint I have is your blogs just aren't long enough. Kelly
Hi Andy and Happy New Year!!! Congratulations on your New Year's Party in The Club House!!! What a wonderful celebration. Your interaction with everyone was just wonderful and made for a very nice atmosphere. Thank you so much Andy. The very best to you and everyone at Bravo in the coming year. Margaret E.
