The week of live shows continues tonight with Tom Colicchio and Amy Sedaris live after a 'Top Chef' double elimination! Sedaris KILLS ME! I am so excited...
Man did I love sitting between those two titans of fashion! DVF and Iman were on their A-game and they have an answer for everything. You could tell in the first ten minutes of the show how nervous I was. I had a bunch of friends in the audience and a buddy of mine brought HIS buddy John Mayer to watch the show. Yes, John Mayer. He's a nice guy and seemed to love the show.
DVF had just returned from China on Monday so I can't imagine what kind of jetlagged haze she was in. I cannot thank her enough for coming to play. And what about the Justin Beiber doll dressed in a DVF dress?
Andy: What's a great low fat snack?
Andy: What's one thing a woman in her 30's should never wear?
Andy: What do you sleep in?
Iman: David Bowie
Here are some clips from last night:
I love you Andy! These nightly WWHL shows have been SO much FUN! I still think you need me there with you and all on NYE. Let's PAR-TEE Boo!
The answers by DVF and Iman were priceless. You held up very well Andy but you were nervous. It just gets better every night. Please Bravo look at what he is doing nightly and know his show needs to be on more nights a week or at least for an hour when it is on. It has to be a ratings gold mine. Go Andy!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Watch What Happens. It is do genuine and fun and I consider the fact that you are on 5 times this week my personal present from Bravo for being such a loyal viewer. There is never too much of the AC. (and you much us here in the Lou so proud!)
Andy, I was nervous for you (butterflies in my own crazy tum tum), but you sailed through like the pro you are keeping it real and tight while allowing these two Icons of Fashion their moment (not that they need one). Your questionnaire was excellentee! DVF played it just right. And Iman was so adorable which is so crazy oxy - Iman adorable? What a true Goddess! She and Isaac are perfect together. Btw, your kiss with Taylor - HOT.
Hey Andy! Love , Love, Love your show you are so cute! I see that Phaedra and Apollo are scheduled to be on your show on Sunday Night!!! Really??? I can not imagine how she will be able to dodge all the questions that will be asked of her,? I hope you stick to your guns and make her accountable to the viewers and be honest(for the first time). I think I know why doesn't she blog about the show! The sentence structure and the tone of her blogs does not match her speech or her level of communication. I think she has someone else blogging for her. Sure seems like it! what are your thoughts? What so you think?
I actually DID laugh out loud! Andy, that was so hilarious when you said "BAM" and "BUH-LONK" when you were with DVF and Iman!! I'm mean it, hilarious!! Its fun to hear what celebrities watch the same shows we're watching.
LOVED the AC/Nene show--watching you laugh made me laugh harder. You're kind of my idol, and (as every woman in the world is of Camille), I'm jealous of your career! To parlay an obsession w/pop culture into the Bravo "empire" is very impressive.
I have one request, Andy. While I understand it's a delicate balance for you, it would really please your faithful viewers if you would be a little tougher on those who truly deserve some grilling: Kim, Camille, Kelly, Phaedra, Theresa. The problem children. We invest many hours in these shows, and I feel that we deserve the satisfaction of you being "our voice" and asking the questions for which we want answers without letting them off the hook so easily. Why I care is beyond me, but finding out something like why Camille insists that everyone is jealous would be fabulous viewing. Thanks, Andy.
You and the housewives have me dedicated to Bravo. It is totally, hands down my favorite channel. I haven't missed an episode since you began. I only wish your "watch what happens" (live) would go for a full hour. Half an hour of your cute face and witty charm is just not enough. Chicago loves your style and great personality. Please, Please, Please, give us more Andy C.
I believe that one of your strengths is getting the less honest cast members to answer questions about their hypocrisy. The irony of what they say and then do has never been lost on you! We viewers (for the most part) see the train wreck screeching long before it goes off the rails. Amazing the women just try to gloss over your questions by saying "I'm moving on."
Don't let them get away with it, Andy...make them accountable with your verbal public stocks! I'm a fellow MM lover--been on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail? You'd love it!
