'Mad Men' is a Snooze: Andy Cohen wakes up in the middle of the night only to be put back asleep by this season of "Mad Men.'

What a beautiful day in NYC! The traffic stinks, but at least you can have your windows down in the car. (See how I turn a frown upside down?)

Wondering what you thought of last night's Flipping Out finale. I thought the last shot of Jeff walking down that hill was v. melancholy. Things get really dramatic on that damn reunion next week — that's all I'm sayin'.

I woke up at 3:30 this morning and just couldn't go back to bed. I think I was keyed up because tonight is a new episode of Top Chef and it's "Restaurant Wars"!! You know that any damn thing can happen in Restaurant Wars so just be prepared. That was not the reason I couldn't sleep, by the way. I just wanted to mention that tonight is Restaurant Wars. And I did.

So I was thankful at 3:35 a.m. that I hadn't seen last week's Mad Men and it awaited me in my DVR. Am I allowed to say that that show is like freaking Ambien this season?? I love it and all, but it will make my eyelids heavy in about 20 minutes.

I was fighting my lids this morning, though, and had to turn it off. I watched Oprah with Chris Rock, and now I know to not ask a black lady if she's wearing a weave. I learned. I love Oprah. She tucked me in really sweetly.

It may not have the mind blowing wig-pulling action that the ATL housewives has but its definetly provocative and interesting enough to hold my attention.

: 10/21/2009 - 1:00pm; Tom G; Well, I have loved this season of Flipping Out..one of the best reality TV shows this year. While I am feeling Jeff's pain, there is more to the backstory that he is letting on. The website /business issue sucks, but that is just one fraction of the bigger issue between Jeff and Ryan; that Ryan may move on without him, and Jeff still has unresolved feelings toward his ex-lover/current biz partner. Helping his ex with a birthday party while being pissed at him..what is up for..sainthood?
I guess the reunion show will tell..or not..but I am hoping that they can reslove this. Tough to be in business with an ex.
Too bad you are snoozing with MAD MEN, Andy. Its one of my fav shows..but I know to watch it with a cup of coffee and not in bed trying to sleep. Maybe its because Joan was not in the episode..she is fab!

I was actually crying because I truly believe he is a lonely person and maybe he needs to change his outlook on things. He is a good person and deserves to be happy.
On another note, I told my husband how much I love you and he said, "You know he's gay, right?" and I told him I didn't care because you are still hot, gay or not! Love ya! Sandy
