What a fun weekend. It started Friday when we taped the Top Chef reunion show in Manhattan. That was a lot of fun -- the final four episodes of the series are blow-away. That afternoon I hit the road for New Orleans with Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos and Anderson Cooper to join them in Saturday's Endymion Parade.
The moment we landed we discovered that the Parade had been rescheduled for Sunday night due to rain, and I rebooked a ticket for Sunday morning so I could get home in time for last night's O.C. premiere and WWHL with Vicki and Tamra. All was not lost, though, because we had a rollicking couple days in the Big Easy.
On Saturday night we took part in the Extravaganza Parade at the New Orleans Convention Center, which for me was a half-hour taste of what a real Mardi Gras parade feels like. It was an all-out blast throwing beads and jamming to the band on our float. Anderson set up kind of a mise en place station on the float where he got his beads ready to toss. The man knows what he is doing on a Mardi Gras float! Here's Kelly and I "getting ready" with our beads.
Love Top Chef Allstars Andy.....Saw WWHL with Vicki and Tamra....Tamra is really still a mean girl.And Vicki is still a control freak...too bad about her and Donn getting a divorce.He seemed like a great guy!I'm holding my breath waiting for thr RHONYC to come back.Even when you hate them you have to love them and they're my favorites...and so are you Andy Cohen...you actually brighten up my day!!!
I watched your show March 6., you asked Tamra Barney how much younger was her new boyfriend, she said he was five years younger. When you replied that's only a few years younger I was in shock. I am so happy you don't consider a woman dating a man a few years younger "The older woman" because this cougar thing is really becoming old and stupid.
Andy, make my dream come true. Please have my boy Shawn on the show with that tattle tail Dwight! I think that Shawn is a much better party planner than that old gossip Dwight. Them in the clubhouse would be a riot!!
Andy, I would love to see you make a guest appearance on Bethenny's show. Thank you for being so tactful and kind.

Thanks for the beads, Andy! You threw them to me right at the beginning of the Endymion parade inside the convention center. (I'm in the picture you posted somewhere on the right side). What a blast! Hope you got to stay for Pat Benatar and Train.
