Are Freakshakes the Most Exciting Dessert Trend Ever?

We dare you to drink these milkshakes with a straw.

What's a #freakshake? It's a milkshake that's been snatched straight out of your dreams and made real. It's an entire pastry shop in a glass.

According to Business Insider, the craze that swept Australia last year has inspired a London cupcake shop to follow suit with its own freakshakes. Unlike the shops that provided inspiration, though, at Molly Bakes all the confections that go into the freakshakes are homemade, including the tartlets, marshmallows and brownies.

Meanwhile, freakshakes are slowly but surely making their way around the rest of the world — we've even spotted a huge milkshake topped with chicken and waffles in Indonesia. If you want to shake it up Stateside, New York's Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is serving $15 concoctions adorned with cotton candy, cookies, cakes and other sweets.
