Casa Aramara: 9 Things to Know About the ‘Girls Gone Wild’ Getaway in Mexico

Here's why celebs like Kim Kardashian choose this villa to hide out in plain sight.

There is something drawing celebs like the Kardashians, Ciara, Demi Moore, Eva Longoria, and Jennifer Aniston to Mexico's Punta Mita... and it's not just the sunshine and beaches.

It's Casa Aramara, the villa built years ago by Joe Francis — yes, the guy behind Girls Gone Wild. These days, the property is in the hands of a Mexican owner... but Joe still has access to the owner's suite, which he lets friends use on the reg.

Not that long ago — though before the Paris robbery, so another lifetime ago — Kim Kardashian and her pals were there having some rather wild fun (and taking a modest 6,000 selfies). She claimed there's "nothing better than Joe Francis' house in Punta Mita!"

Curious to look inside? Here's an overview of the posh pad... which may have you booking a visit stat.

1.  You can stay there, too.

Not only celebs can stay here: It's an actual hotel, and it's open for guests. It used to be only for Joe's friends, as of 2013 — it's yours for the booking.

2.  It's where Kim and Kanye honeymooned.

They could have gone literally anywhere in the entire world... and they chose this villa.

3.  It's pretty sexy.

It shouldn't surprise anyone that the ceilings of some bedrooms have mirrors on them: The man who built and helped design the house is also the guy who made his money asking college girls to get topless on tape.

4.  It will cost you.

You can get a piece of the action for... $12,000 per night. And, that's if you come during the off season. In the high season, you're looking at $35,000 nightly. But...

5.  Your dollars buy you a seriously impressive staff ratio.

If you decide to take the whole villa, you can have it to yourself — but you won't be alone, in the best way possible. When Ciara and Russell Wilson vacationed here, they had 30 staff to attend their every whim.

6.  You'll barely have to lift a finger.

According to one guest, staff brought a sea lion to the swimming pool so they didn't have to go down to the beach to gawk. Even Kourtney Kardashian had a little frolic with a sea lion in the pool. Guests also described having horses brought to them, so they didn't have to leave the compound.

Happy Monday everyone! Greetings from #CasaAramara and friends! #SeaLion #PuntaMita #Fun @kourtneykardash

7.  There is an 'anything' button on the phone.

The same guest shared the scoop that there is a button on the phone labeled "anything." Just press it to get — yup, anything you want — around the clock.

8.  Amenities are way over the top.

...and you can order them all on your phone using that special button. You want fireworks? Done. A professional DJ by the pool? Of course. Need a ride? They've got a Mercedes on call. And way more.

9.  It's crazy private.

Celebs don't stay here just because of the luxury — they stay because it's seriously protected. There are security guards keeping outsiders out. The perfect white sand beach is private as well.
