As a comedian, Jerry Lewis thought he got the last laugh alright.
The bitter comic cut out all six children he had with his first wife Patti Palmer in his will, meaning they will inherit nothing, according to The Blast.
“I have intentionally excluded Gary Lewis, Ronald Lewis, Anthony Joseph Lewis, Christopher Joseph Lewis, Scott Anthony Lewis, and Joseph Christopher Lewis and their descendants as beneficiaries of my estate, it being my intention that they shall receive no benefits hereunder,” the will states.
Jerry executed the will in 2012.
The comedian and his first wife were married for 36 years from 1944-1980. But his estate will be passed to his widow, SanDee Pitnick, who he married in 1983. Then second in line to inherit his fortune is his 25-year-old adopted daughter, Danielle, who worked as her dad’s manager.
Jerry died from heart failure in August at the age of 91, “with his loving family by his side.”
No word on whether that included the six kids he cut off.
