We're seeing tons of red on the Oscars 2017 red carpet—maybe, um, too much red.
Ruth Negga was one of the first big stars to show up for the big daddy of awards shows, and looked predictably stunning and ladylike in a floor-sweeping Valentino gown.
Then, Ginnifer Goodwin showed up, and looked equally ravishing.
But, wait, does that dress look familiar? There were some differences in the two frocks, no doubt. Ginnifer's neckline is higher, and there are sheer swatches throughout. She's also missing Ruth's headband, and a royal-blue ribbon showing support of ACLU.
Apart from that, well, the looks are very much reminiscent of one another. But we say, the more ladies in red, the better.
UPDATE: Ginnifer's dress is by Zuhair Murad.
