She's had enough of "Carlos Danger."
Huma Abedin is finally leaving Anthony Weiner.
Hillary Clinton’s most trusted advisor, who has dealt with her husband’s sexting problem for years now, announced that she was separating from him in the wake of yet another report that he’d been at it again—this time sexting while his 5-year-old son slept next to him in bed.
Human said in a statement: “After long and painful consideration and work on my marriage, I have made the decision to separate from my husband. Anthony and I remain devoted to doing what is best for our son, who is the light of our life. During this difficult time, I ask for respect for our privacy.”
It was first revealed that the former Representative and mayoral hopeful had been sending private part pics to random women online in 2011, when he accidentally tweeted what was meant to be a private exchange between him and another woman. Adding to his humiliation, he was also called himself “Carlos Danger” in the exchanges. Today, he deleted his Twitter account after The New York Post reported that he had once again been sending sexts to a woman last year. He had also been catfishes by a male pretending to be a female.
The most recent woman that Weiner was sexting told The Post that their raunchy conversations began in January 2015 and continued until August. In one, a bare chested Weiner showed off his crotch. One, dated July 31, 2015, showed his son next to his waist, while Weiner showed off his…well, Weiner, bulging through his shorts.
In 2011, Weiner resigned from Congress, swearing he was a changed man who wanted to save his marriage. The documentary, Weiner, released earlier this year showed the pain Huma dealt with as she tried to work out the marriage.
Recently, Huma explained to Vogue why she stayed following the scandal, saying she wanted to do what was best for her son.
