According to the exclusive report, Mariah Carey will partner with her business manager Stella Bulochnikov on the new project—which is bound to be sparkly and fabulous, right?
All speculation aside, here's what we do know. Stella and Mariah have been collaborating on their own beauty line, which will offer a mix of makeup, perfumes, and skincare. The duo will sell their goods in a brick-and-mortar store in Beverly Hills, where Stella has been dutifully scoping out real estate. And though the official opening date has yet to be announced—we're still in early stages, people!—the store will likely welcome its first shoppers this upcoming holiday season or early next year. Can you imagine a more festive place to shop than a Mariah Carey beauty store, scored with her Christmas hits? We're getting chills (and craving eggnog) just thinking about it.
Of course, this isn't Mimi's first spin around the beauty block. Last year, the singer collaborated with MAC on a capsule collection that featured glittery packaging and glossy nude hues. Mariah also has a close relationship with her makeup artist Kristofer Buckle, who has a beauty line himself. It's safe to say beauty surrounds the chanteuse, and we're excited to see where her passion for lotions and potions takes her next.
