Mauricio Umansky has often been seen showing off unreal international vacation homes on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but the real estate magnate occasionally also offers undeveloped properties for people to create their own dream dwelling through his family-owned company The Agency.
His father Eduardo Umansky is currently representing a prime slice of waterfront land on the Pacific Ocean in Playa Novillero, which is located in the small western state of Nayarit, Mexico. The Agency calls Novillero's entire 56-mile stretch "one of the longest and safest beaches in the world," which can be seen in a promotional video.
The property, located 80 miles from Mazatlan International Airport, comprises 123 acres, but there's an option to purchase a nearby 1,300-acre plot as an add-on.
The Agency cites a major development in progress called Playa Espiritu which, when completed by 2025, is expected to turn the area into a major new Mexican vacation destination; the brochure makes the bold prediction that it will compete with the likes of Cancun and Los Cabos in the future.
