At last, the "it" couple of the moment, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, have made their first public appearance together. And, the Suits actress just proved that you don't have to spend tons to look chic—even if you are hanging out with royals.
Saturday, Markle sat front and center at the Invictus Games Toronto 2017 Opening Ceremony to support her beau Prince Harry, who was there to launch the sports event. Usually, the actress and philanthropist likes to stay low-key, but there was no way she could hide in this fabulous ensemble.
For the special outing, Markle wore an on-trend, pleated burgundy dress paired with a matching leather jacket draped over her shoulders—she held onto an elegant velvet clutch. This is literally the fall look of our berry-hued dreams.
But, the best part of Markle's look has to be the price tag. The pretty Wilfred Beaune dress is from popular retailer Artizia, and it's only $185! When you think about it, this is a great investment: the dress could easily become a fashion staple in your wardrobe.
You could wear it to a wedding, dinner party, or pretty much any special occasion. Just pair with heels and cute accessories, and you're all set! (The tiara is optional.) Plus, there are two other colors to choose from: black and a dark gray.
Looks like Kate Middleton and Markle will be exchanging plenty of fashion tips, since they're both fans of a good bargain.
