We Love the '90s! The Original 90210 Beach House Is Vintage Friendcation Goals

An iconic property in an exclusive neighborhood is the party pied-a-terre you need (if you have the cash).

'Tis apparently the season to list iconic '90s TV show beach houses for sale in Southern California. This now includes the three-level triplex seen on Beverly Hills, 90210, which is going for $16.5 million.

That's almost double what the Baywatch creator's house in Malibu is currently going for, but the building has six bedrooms set 35 miles south on The Strand in Hermosa Beach.

According to Easy Reader News, The Strand's single family land value per square foot is the highest in the United States — and this property is just over 2,800 square feet. Buyers in the area tend to stay there, but this particular corner property has been on the market several times over the past 10 years.

90210 used exterior shots of the house from 1993 until the series ended in 2000, beginning when Kelly Taylor (Jennie Garth) and Donna Martin (Tori Spelling) moved to the beach instead of the dorms for their freshman year in college in Season 4.

The fictional address was 1610 Lighthouse Road, Apartment No. 4 in the imaginary town of University Beach.

The apartment on the show had three bedrooms, so the girls moved Donna's boyfriend David Silver (Brian Austin Green) in and hid it from Donna's parents — until they found out when visiting one night. (Womp womp.)

Can't you just hear the theme song in your head right now? The '90s are calling... to inspire your next posh friendcation.
