Richard Branson Is Riding Out Hurricane Irma in a Wine Cellar on His Private Island

"All well," according to the billionaire's dispatch from Necker Island.

Hurricane Irma has pummeled Donald Trump's 11-bedroom walled estate in St. Martin as it ravages the Caribbean.

Meanwhile, billionaire Richard Branson's private Necker Island, where he has entertained such guests as Barack and Michelle Obama, is also threatened by the storm.

But according to his own social media accounts, Branson is staying put — and riding it out in a wine cellar with Virgin Group staffers.

Despite the serious danger of the storm, Branson kept the mood light — as he does — referring to the whole thing as the sort of slumber party he hasn't had since he was a kid.

"All well," he reported on social media.
