We're not knocking blueberry-spiked, syrup-drizzled buttermilk pancakes, but lately when our cravings lean more savory than sweet, we're digging into these flavor-packed flapjack spins. Spiked with everything from smoked chicken to Sriracha to potatoes and ham, these pancakes are posing serious competition to omelettes, sandwiches and just about any brunch item we can think of.
