Shannon Beador and fam are on vacation in Hawaii — and having a pretty epic time of it, if Instagram is any indication. Let's review their journey in pictures.
Six days ago, they took off for paradise. And not in coach class, obviously.
Upon landing in the island state, they headed for the pool and a bit of exercise.
Specifically, it was an outdoor bootcamp class — when in Hawaii, skip the gym for the sunshine! — that involved kettlebells, burpees, and other elements of fitness torture.
Next it was time for a girls' night out, while hubby David headed for the Spartan Race, an intense obstacle course challenge.
Of course, such efforts must be rewarded with a beer and a nap in a tricked-out cabana.
After some play time in the gorgeous blue water...
...it was time for some surfing! And not just any old surfing: David and Stella had the chance to paddle out with world champion surfer Makua Rothman!
According to her hashtags, the "one in a lifetime" experience left Shannon "speechless." She was so moved... she had to get in and try it for herself. And with some success!
Stella might have a future in the sport.
Next up, some romantic R&R after all that core work.
Can we talk about their accommodations though?
The family is staying at the brand spanking new Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina, which just opened in May — and has already welcomed tons of celebs including Kate Hudson and Amy Schumer. The epic property includes a 35,000-square-foot spa, a golf club designed by Ted Robinson with 18-hole course, and expansive rooms — even the standard ones.
Rates for rooms and suites start over $600 and soar into the $17,000 range for a single night's stay — but that's still a bargain compared with the Four Seasons' sister property over on the Hawaiian island of Lanai, also brand new and also a serious celeb magnet.
Now who's ready to book some Hawaii tickets and hit the Four Seasons — stat!
