The fashion show must go on. Even though her anxiety was blasting at full speed, The Real Housewives of Orange County's Alexis Bellino brought her Alexis by Tal Sheyn line to the runway at L.A. Fashion Weekend.
"We found out three weeks prior so we had plenty of time to get all our looks ready, find models, and figure out which model was best suited to each outfit. That part was really fun," Alexis tells Wetpaint about prepping for her design debut.
But as the clock ticked down, the butterflies began to strike. "The night of the show, I was so nervous! I was sweating like crazy," the RHOC star admits. "You know, I've attended a lot of runway shows as a guest, but I didn't realize how nerve-wracking it was to be on the other side of things."
In the end, this mini-meltdown was well worth the results. "Once everything started coming down the runway, it was amazing. It's just the best feeling," says the budding style star. "We got so much positive feedback from magazines and fashion editors. And the clothes are selling really well — we stocked up in advance of the show hoping there would be a lot of requests!"
