Andy Cohen is moving on: last week, he announced he'll be stepping down from his post at Bravo to focus on his new production company, Most Talkative, hosting Watch What Happens Live, and executive producing all the Housewives franchises.
So what was the real reason behind his move? In the latest episode of Ask Andy, Cohen, who started at the network in 2004, tells his assistant Daryn, "Since the show went five nights a week, we've been talking about when I will leave my post at Bravo," he says. "Two years later, the show is doing great. It was just time to do something new."
Andy also opened up about the new love of his life: his dog Wacha. He admits that since adopting the pup, he's been the focus of his personal life—much to the dismay of his parents. "For everyone who's like when are you gonna fall in love, when are you gonna find a boyfriend, I told my mom the other night, 'I feel like I'm in love," he says. "She's like, 'That's great, but now you need to fall in love with a human."
Are you excited for Andy's new move? And what do you think about the love of his life? Tell us in the comments.
I do not trust people who do not love dogs. I always trust a dog who doesn't like a person. Loyalty and unconditional love is what you get from a dog. relationships will always disappoint.
Good luck on your new adventure. And I will never forget turning on WWL, then hearing the announcement by you "Bin Laden is dead."
