Caroline Manzo Flaunts Bod at the Gym

The former RHONJ matriarch wants to hit a goal weight of 118 pounds.

For Caroline Manzo, going to the gym is a treat—especially when you have some heavy-duty hardwear to use.

The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star has not hidden the fact that she's trying to live a healthier life. Back in January, she opened up about her goal to reach 118 pounds. (She admitted to having weighed 148.5 at the time.)

Now, it seems as if her efforts is paying off. Caroline re-tweeted a photo this week from trainer Danielle Conti—and it definitely looks like she's shed a few pounds. Wearing black spandex and a blue tank top, Caroline happily posed for a pic while wielding a sledgehammer.

What's been Caroline's new outlook on health? Earlier this year, she said "proper diet, exercise, vitamins" were her three rules for healthier living. Specifically, she's said her meal choices have included lemon greek yogurt, blueberries for breakfast, and turkey burgers.

While she's definitely on her way to hitting her goal weight, Caroline does admit to having cravings now and again. "My stomach is trying 2 talk my brain into raiding the kitchen," she joked on Twitter, before hashtagging her tweet #don'tdoitCaroline.

Though she's departed from RHONJ, Caroline will be back on Bravo soon with her new series Manzo'd With Children. Watch a sneak peek of the show here.
