Think salad, not sausage.

Caroline Manzo of the Real Housewives of New Jersey
Craving a slice of gooey goodness, but without the post-crust guilt? Then take a bite out of this recipe for recipe for Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza from The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Caroline Manzo.

Start by putting down the delivery menu, and picking up these ingredients instead:

2 small heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
8 ounces of grilled, boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 one-pound fresh pizza dough
1 cup of provolone cheese, grated
Caesar salad dressing
Croutons
Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper

First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. "Lightly flour your work space so you can work the dough into round pizza shape," Chef Manzo writes on her site. "Gently transfer the dough onto a round pizza baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 10- 15 minutes. Remove the pizza crust from oven and spread the shredded provolone evenly. Place it back into the oven until all of the cheese is melted."

Once that's done, set your pizza aside to cool and mix your salad in a large bowl. "Combine lettuce, cooked grilled chicken, and croutons. Add dressing, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Toss well," writes Caroline. Obviously, take it easy on the cheese, croutons, and salad dressing to keep calories in check—you can even substitute the dough with a whole wheat option.  Before you’re ready to serve, simply sprinkle the green magic on top and you're good to go!

I love you Caroline Manzo!!!!!!!

Caroline...sometimes we use a measuring cup to measure things...If I were making some cookies, I would use a measuring cup to make sure I put in exactly the right amount of flour, sugar and milk. Some people like to measure God's love and then there are some people who like to measure out their judgements towards others.....some people like to label others...some people extrapolate based on their interactions or observations...judging makes us feel safe...we move on to the next person and judge them accordingly until our entire social circle is defined....IT HELPS GIVE US A SENSE OF CONTROL! Despite our best efforts to judge, we all know deep down inside we can't really judge another person and are not suppose to judge.... We judge others by believing that if others are living the lives we are, they're good people...the people that aren't -they are ignorant, bad, dumb, etc....BUT IN REALITY THE ACT OF JUDGING ANOTHER PERSON REFLECTS VASTLY MORE ON THE PERSON JUDGING THAN THE PERSON BEING JUDGED.. We tend to project our values and beliefs on others and if others fall in line with what we value and believe, we judge them as "good" and the rest "bad"....then we treat the two groups accordingly. There's certainly a lot going on beneath the surface when it comes to judging... when people judge...they speak volumes of themselves and their insecurities... ...instead of judging, just accept.
Acceptance is the key. We are not the judge and jury. Its very arrogant for one individual to sit and judge everybody. Everyone has a story and everyone has a free will to decide what they want to do, how they want to live their life, what they want to put in their cookbooks, what they want to say or do and that it's all relative to their story, values and beliefs. just accept that. You see...sadly to say all of America witnessed you juding Danielle and Teresa...usually when we tell other people, the things we don't like in them...it usually is the very same thing we dont like in ourselves...soooo the person that looked foolish was not them but it was you....remember when you told Danielle there was no light in her girl eyes? well....all over the internet, reality tea, everyone is talking that there is no light in lauren manzo eyes...you see...measure of measure....you dug up all that dirt on Danielle and Jesus forgave Danielle for all the wrongs she did but you wanted to punish her more....Jesus has forgiven you for all the wrongs you have done and he has forgiven me. try to stop judging people, acceptance is the key. Try to deepen your relationship with Teresa and Danielle by seeking to understand their story...you see the minute you start judging, you are walking on thin ice because it becomes so easy to judge yourself!
Remember this biblical passage. for in the say way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure (standard) you use it will be measured to you-New International version 1984 Matthew 7:2
Measure out God's love. Embrace love and love will embrace you!
