"I'm not going to reverse the ageing process. It is what it is."

Is Caroline Manzo ready to undergo the scalpel's knife for a little touch up surgery? Maybe, the 52-year-old revealed at a book signing event for her memoir, Let Me Tell You Something.

"Never say never," the Real Housewives of New Jersey star told EnStarz. "I had a tummy tuck at 39. That is the only (plastic surgery) I've had done. I don't have fillers or Botox or any of that crazy stuff."

But don't expect the famously level headed mom of three to appear on the next reunion show with plumped-up lips and a forehead that doesn't move.

"At this point in my life, I'm not going to do anything for the sake of vanity and trying to maintain my youth," she vowed. "I'm 52, and I don't want to compete with my daughter. I want to look like her mother, not a science project. I'm not going to reverse the ageing process. It is what it is."

Do you think Caroline looks beautiful just like she is? Tell us in the comments.

Caroline, you rock! I'm so happy to see that you are proud of your age and saying no to surgery. You look AMAZING and are as beautiful as ever. You are a fabulous role model for women everywhere.  It's hard when everyone around you is getting boob jobs, Botox and fillers (my community is no exception) and once in awhile it's so nice to hear a celebrity say that aging is natural and perfectly okay. Thank you!! XO

Glad to see that you've lost the sharp tongue and mean comments that were prominent from you in past seasons.  That helps a person be attractive far more than surgery.  Beautiful people can open their mouths and turn "ugly" in an instant.

You might want to rethink your position on this subject.  Maybe not.

Caroline, good for you. You look as thought you love your husband and your family. You and your hubby respect each other, you are good friends with your adult children. You are a good

mother and wife.

Did you notice all the people with the plastic surgery are not happy?  They have to worry every day about another line or wrinkle or their boobs dropping. It was sad a few years ago when Danielle (I think) had many implants and with so much about breast cancer. So much about

blood clotting with lipo, etc., that women would sacrifice their lives to stop the aging process?

Kim Kardashian carrying her baby and she had those implants in her lips, well they gained as much weight as she did. They took on a life of their own, horrible. She cannot even cry without that frozen look. If she didn't make a sound, you would not know she was crying or laughing. Very sad for a young woman. She made her own pregnancy so miserable with all the implants, her breasts, her face and lips. UGH.

I love you and how you are kind. I know how big families are, we have problems at times and you and Chris are wonderful brother and sister and your other siblings are nice also. I don't know the problem with your younger sister but I guess she is too entwined with Theresa and her different thinking. I wish you all well. We lost 3 over the years and we 4 who are surviving have problems too.  It is hard sometimes, especially after the in laws come along. But we pray and light a candle that we all will be together someday with those who passed before us. Continue to enjoy your life and the help you give to Jacqueline is important. Her road is rough and to hear Theresa say "she uses her son as an excuse" is how hard Theresa really is. She has 4 daughters, she better watch what she says about any mother. Her days are numbered, those kids are small and she is a bad example as well as that husband of her'........but she made it that way. He is always last in her life. Money and things are what is important from the first episode it was obvious........not a good marriage.  God Bless You and your family!

Thank you, Caroline.  I appreciate the beauty of a woman who ages with grace.  I wonder how  women can think that botox and fillers enhance their looks?  True beauty is shown through a woman's expressiveness.  Frozen and lumpy faces can be frightening.
