Christos Garkinos may be a Duke of Melrose, but he's also an Ambassador of Hope.

The Bravo TV star, who commands the Decades fashion empire with business partner Cameron Silver on Dukes of Melrose, has signed on to serve as a new Ambassador of Hope for the Greek America Foundation.

As a proud Greek-American himself, Christos will donate 50 percent of the funds raised in a special Decades online sale to Project Hope for Greece, an initiative developed by the GAP to inspire philanthropy amongst Greek North Americans, and to engage a network of friends and supporters to come together on a grassroots level to raise funds for various accredited charitable organizations in Greece.

"As a Greek-American, I feel compelled to do my part to help the country of my ancestors combat the economic hardships it is currently facing," said Garkinos. "I'm proud to collaborate with the Greek American Foundation on this initiative and am honored to be an Ambassador of Hope. Being Greek -- we're always happy to open up our home to friends, and so it made perfect sense to open up Decades to the Greek American foundation so that we can raise funds for charities that are helping the people of Greece."

The sale runs April 24th-30th at ShopDecadesInc.com, and will feature selections from Christos' own jam-packed closet. For more information about the sale, or to get an exclusive preview of some of the goods that will be up for bids, visit ShopDecadesInc.com/project-hope-for-greece.
