The Dish

April's Italian earthquake devastated the country's central region, leaving 300 dead and 28,000 homeless. It was the worst Italy's seen in three decades. The American Red Cross is now helping survivors recover from the tragic disaster.

Fabio Viviani is doing his part too. For 16 days we'll be rolling out videos of the Top Chef Alum cooking dishes derivative of the region affected in the earthquake.

For more information and to support the Red Cross CLICK HERE and stay tuned for Fabio's cooking lessons.

I was not a fan of fabio when he was on top chef, but he has changed my attitude since then. This warms my heart. He is a good person.
