In between breaks last night on Watch What Happens Live, Lisa Vanderpump begrudgingly awoke Giggy from his never-ending nap to give the pup a bit of water. Only, there wasn't a dog bowl in sight, so instead, the Vanderpump Rules matriarch improvised a bit.
