Do you lift weights or only use your own body resistance when you take the Physique 57 classes? I lift weights but my arms never look like yous!! Do you think there will ever be a video of these classes? I know I would love it.

Kelly, I've had 2 children (ages 8 and 9), I work out 3-5 days/week by running, weights, abdominals exercises, lunges, spinning, etc. I can't get my stomach to look flat anymore. I am average weight. Once again, I am thoroughly disappointed with the results of The Fashion Show. James Paul should have been the winner of that show. It is unbelievable to me that his design was the best selling design, yet he received only 19% of the vote. That is quite questionable. Additionally, Rico, in my opinion, should have been one of the final three. His designs, and execution of those designs were impecable. Ricco was correct when he stated that he will be successful, and I think the world appreciates and will buy his designs, Bravo is missing out on a great financial opportunity. To paraphrase Ricco, there is a stench in the air, and it sure is not rotten fish.

Kelly, I have always had trouble staying in shape. What are your secrets?
