Holiday Tips From 'Shahs' Reza and GG
With the holidays quickly approaching (gahhhh, haven't even started shopping!), there's a good chance you're going to be on the prowl for some gift ideas, or even a bit of advice on how to throw a proper party. And sure, you could do the same old spread that everyone's used to and buy the token gifts everyone expects ... or you could take some notes from Shahs of Sunset stars Reza Farahan and Golnesa 'GG' Gharachedaghi.

During recent (and separate) visits to Bravo HQ, the Persian duo happily obliged us by answering a few holiday-related questions. Where shall we even begin? Oh, why not with Reza's glorious description on how to throw a lovely Persian-inspired party, complete with his essential rule of etiquette when it comes to feeding guests: "Bottom line is if you're throwing a Persian holiday party, the one thing you need to remember is make sure you have enough food for the hoes."

Now that that's squared away, it's on to gift buying. Anyone who watches Shahs knows that GG has a soft spot in her heart for cutlery. So, say she (or you) desired to bestow a fine piece of forged steel unto someone as a holiday gift -- how should you go about selecting said knife? "Find out about that person's character," GG suggests, astutely declaring: "Find out about the personality, match it to the knife."

Knife-buying check-list in tow, now what if you were shopping for Reza or someone as equally chic? While he's not exactly sure if Santa visits Persian houses ("Is he afraid of coming to a Persian person's house? I don't know."), there's one thing that Reza wants this year, and no, it's not mustache wax. Any guesses? Hint: It's a fashion accessory ... and an expensive one, naturally.
