1) Brad Goreski gets a promotion!
Zoe parts ways with longtime employee Taylor Jacobson and elevates Brad Goreski from Styling Associate to the newly created role of Style Director. The pressure of being Zoe’s right hand man is intense, but with the gift of gaining clients’ confidence, a ready laugh at the most intense moments, and a stylish new look, Goreski seems to be finding his groove.

2) Devoted hubby Rodger Berman takes an official role as Zoe’s business partner.
Formerly just an informal adviser, he’s now President of Rachel Zoe, Inc.

3) Rachel styles Johnny Weir.
Thought Zoe was on the dream team? She supplies the fabulous ice-skating Olympian with some looks that we hope are as frilly, bejeweled, and generally outlandish as his on-ice performance costumes.

4) Fashion Week in New York and Milan!
Two cities, hundreds of bananas looks, one fabulous vision.

5) More Rachel Zoeisms.
Though we’re not at liberty to disclose the details of this season’s signature Rachel Zoe phrases, we can say this: Study well the sayings of seasons’ past (they’re right here in the following videos) and you’ll know.

I am so glad you are coming back to your reality show! I hope that you have taken the advice from your doctor to stop stressing and slow done your life. There was no doubt you had alot on your plate last season. Now, with your husband doing more hands on in your business and Taylor gone, hopefully your will be able to breathe a litter easier. I can't wait until August!! Love, Love, Love you!

I am soooo EXCITED about this coming season. I hate to say this, but I am kind of glad Taylor is gone. She was a very negative person, and she gave Brad such a hard time, and I am not sure why most of the time, I think cause she thought she could.

And to give her boss an ultimatum like she did. Just blows my mind. What person in her right mind can go to their BOSS and tell them, its either me or this other person. That kind of shows me she was not living in the real world. She just blew everything into a level it should not have, and just caused a lot of stress for Rachel. If I would have been that boss, I would tell her that I saw that as her giving her resignation.
