How can I get the recipe for the smoothie you showed in the second thintervention? I thought it would be listed here?

I just saw the first two shows of thintervention and they were great, I just with I could join something like this in my area (17015) for senior citizens.

Jackies back!!!!!

I love Jackie ... she inspires me to keep in great shape. I fought and won the battle of the bulge almost 10 years ago with an adjustment of diet and a commitment to exercise. Watching Jackie's show taught me some useful techniques. I'm also rooting for Jeana Keough and everyone on the show. I watched Jeana as a "Housewife" and thought she was very sweet, sincere and deserved better friendships than she apparently had. Go, Jeana!

Awesome to finally see Jackie back on TV! LOVED Work Out and have missed that show. This one sounds great too! I noticed her in one of the Bravo ads recently and thought maybe she Work Out was coming on again. But, happy to see her back on with a new show. Sure it will be great! Good luck to you!
