A lot of words can describe Lindsay Lohan. Add boughetto to the list.

Lindsay Lohan
If you somehow missed The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kandi Burruss' minting of the term "boughetto," you've clearly been lax in your Bravo-related duties. But in case you missed co-star Phaedra Parks' baby shower -- complete with roses in the guest of honor's hair and rhinestones on her eyelashes  -- Kandi explains to UsWeekly that it means "when somebody is trying to be extra, high class, but they're being just extra... for no reason."

Now Phaedra is getting some company. Kandi tells the mag, "There are a lot of celebrities out there that are definitely having boughetto moments. When I think of Lindsay Lohan; come on, you're a nice looking girl, but then you walk around with chipped up fingernail polish? Then you have writing on your fingers? It's just a mess. Hair's looking crazy."

Of course, chipped nail polish and bad hair days are the least of Lindsay's problems, but I appreciate you being so P.C.

Is anyone else a Hollywood hot mess in Kandi's eyes? Like I even need to ask.

"Paris Hilton. I mean -- come on -- showing your crotch? You're coming from one of the richest families in America. Sometimes your weave don't be right, boo, it's not right. It's like you mix the money with the hoodness and it makes the boughetto."

I don't think that last comment will go over too well with Paris' aunts, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kim and Kyle Richards (am I the only one thinking surprise guests at the next Atlanta reunion?).
