Laughter is in fact the best medicine, and who better to cheer up an injured Kristin Chenoweth than Bravo's own funny gal Kathy Griffin?

The red-headed comedienne stopped by Kristen's home to cheer her up while she recovers from a neck injury stemming from an on-set accident while filming The Good Wife' earlier this summer. The Broadway starlet took to Twitter to post a pic of the two fighting over Kristin's coveted Tony Award along with many more fun photos.
