Kelly Bensimon isn't lacking in the self-confidence department, and now the former model plans to share her secrets for achieving such body bliss in a new book, reports People.

"Spend seven days with me and my expert friends and we'll have fun with exercise, eat better, dress amazing, have more fun and smile through a life that's too short," the Real Housewives of New York City star says of the book.

Tentatively titled I Want to Make You Hot and scheduled to release next year, the book won't measure sexiness using a scale but will include more than 40 recipes. The already three-time author adds that she feels "good about myself, my fluctuating weight and my life."

The New York Housewife tweeted, "I'm so flattered by the excitement of my new book coming out: let's get healthy, happy, and hot together" -- but this isn't the only project on the 43-year-old's horizon. Kelly's also debuting an edgy jewelry line featuring budget-friendly pieces inspired by rock icons including Steven Tyler and Led Zeppelin. "Looking good doesn't have a price point if the quality is there, and the quality of all of my items is 100 percent," she spills to HollywoodLife.com. "I wouldn't make something that I wouldn't wear and I wear all of my pieces."
