Ken and Lisa Dish on Fall's Must-See Movie
The Vanderpump Rules stars rave about the romantic drama About Time.
Lisa Vanderpump and her beloved husband Ken Todd just celebrated their 31st anniversary in August—with a lavish bash in Mexico, no less!—so if any of our Bravo stars know how to keep the romance alive, it's them.
One of the pair's favorite pastimes includes regular movie nights and they recently saw this season's must-see romantic drama About Time. And guess what? "It's a must-see," Lisa raves.
Starring Rachel McAdams and Domhnall Gleeson, the movie chronicles a young man named Tim who discovers he's inherited a family skill of traveling through time. His special gift also allows him to influence his romantic interests, so he goes back into the past to seal his fate with one special girl. It's not as easy as he thinks—and Tim soon learns he can't fix everything that has gone wrong in his life.
After watching About Time, Lisa says she was reminded of her own wedding day—and how she and Ken proved any naysayers wrong. "I walked down the aisle and everybody was shaking their heads," she says. "31 years later we can say we proved them wrong."
As if you needed another ringing endorsement to see About Time (now playing in select theaters, everywhere November 8), Lisa shares, "Giggy loved this film!"
