Now, Kenya's sharing her secrets of dealing with the spotlight, and the timing couldn't be more perfect: in the new Chris Rock movie, Top Five (opening December 12), Gabrielle Union plays the role of a Bravo Housewife who's about to tie the knot with a movie star, while the cameras roll and the world is watching.
How would Kenya handle the pressure? For one, she says, "Always remember the cameras are on, so look your best." Gossip is bound to run rampant, and Kenya says it's important to look away from the tabloids: "Don't pay attention to the haters or the gossip." Sure, there will be times when it's necessary to confront your detractors, and Kenya advises to “perfect the art of throwing shade. It's your best defense against the haters.”
