When you're the daughter of Elvis Presley and the ex-wife of Michael Jackson, you're going to get a lot of attention from unsavory journalists. Lisa Marie Presley admitted dealing with false reports about her life is an unending struggle in a candid interview on last night's Watch What Happens Live after show.

"Oh my God, there are so ridiculously many of them," she says, when asked about the biggest misconception about her life.

"Just who I am—there's this whole tabloid life that I've lived that has nothing to do with me, and it's this thing I drag along with me and it's just there, it's like a cancer."

Presley says the false images of her life are so prevalent, it's hard for people to see beyond the lies. "If people are looking at me, I don't know if they're looking at a tabloid or actually seeing me," she admits.

But when Presley does open up about her life—as she did in a series of interviews with Oprah—she pulls no punches. "It's not hard for me to be honest," she tells Andy Cohen. "Sometimes I'm afraid of doing interviews because I don't know what I'm going to say."
