“Harry was in Las Vegas to let off steam with his friends before deploying to Afghanistan and his security team should have realized that he had too much to drink to make good choices,” LuAnn de Lesseps writes in her What Would the Countess Do column for OK! Magazine.

The 27-year-old party prince checked into Sin City on August 17, and the following day attended a celeb pool party at MGM Grand's Wet Republic. After presumably more than a few drinks, Harry mustered up his liquid confidence and challenged Ryan Lochte to a race at Wynn Hotel's XS nightclub. “He was a great competitor but in the end it was Team USA all the way to the wall!" the Olympian told E!

Of course, the infamous fun was just getting started and apparently Harry kind of sucks at strip billiards. “In the future, either Harry has to keep his clothes on or his body guards need to confiscate all electronic devices at the door,” the New York Housewife shares her recipe for a scandal-free weekend that rivals The Hangover. “Harry needs to remember that he is third in line to the throne and his family and his countrymen expect him to act accordingly.” Color us shocked if that happens.
