The ladies of Real Housewives of Orange County all have some dirt on each other, but what about when it comes to the stars and their own families?
In an exclusive video, OC housewife Lydia McLaughlin and her mom Judy spill secrets about each other.
"My mom has this thing where she gets really into something, she breathes really heavy," Lydia reveals. "It's like she just ran a marathon."
Judy also opens up about Lydia's most prized possession: her baby blanket. "Lydia still sleeps with [it]!" she reveals. "I'm constantly begging her to let me wash it...I love that she loves her baby blanket, but just let me wash it!" But Lydia has no shame: "My husband won't even touch it!"
Judy's quirks don't stop at heavy breathing. "She sticks her tongue out when she's concentrating," Lydia says. And apparently it's genetic. "My son who's four does it and I don't even know where he got it from."
Some of Lydia's habits are all relative, too. "When she was a little girl, I had a little video called 'Little Miss Bossy,'" Judy shares. "Lydia would have her hands on her hips like this and she railroaded her little brother. He did everything she wanted. She was Little Miss Bossy. Stirling, he's Little Mister Bossy now! He gets his hands on his hips and organizes the entire crowd."
But according to Lydia, the family that's quirky together sticks together. "Family is thick! We have good genes!" Judy agrees: "Family is forever!"
Your daughter needs to show more respect when introducing you to other housewives...the "this is my mom the stoner" introduction, was a opportunity for that major a-- hole to attack you..he was probably lurking around looking for a victim because of his aggressive nature...what a discussing dis play of a member of our military, or a descent member of society...he needs to not be asked back...too aggravating in SO many ways...take care Judy...please tell her her disrespect did not go unnoticed...
Love you two! Judy, you are beautiful and so calming. Felt terrible watching the unprovoked attack on you courtesy of Ryan. You handled it amazingly well! Good for you.
The worse think Bravo has done in along time is add Lydia to the cast. Total air head and ditsy. She has the gall to call Heather princess I think she's the one who is trying to act like a princess totally freaking fake
Lydia I really like you and the way you stood up for your Mom. Seriously though--enough with the hamburger and Slade. It was a stupid comment on his part but you are now on a mission to censor every word he says and interpret what you think he meant when he said it. You have brought it up on every show - its getting boring - you don't like Slade - so what? Get over it you're beginning to look like a fool.
Ryan was out of line with the language And his rude behavior. Ryan's behavior should not be blamed on his upcoming service in Afghanistan. My son who is also in Afghanistan would not act intimidating towards a woman. Your mom remained calm and respectful during a very shocking confrontation. I can see where you get your sweetness from. I hope Vicki addresses the situation since the show captured his ranting and then lies about your mom's character.
Judy, you come across as a sweet, beautiful lady & Ryan comes across as a pompous jerk,so don't let him get you down
Wow! Ryan's behavior is so out of line. Brianna and Ryan need to get their own place. He slipped and started to say "I own" (this house). Its clear they have overstepped their bounds and have no respect for Vicki or her guests.
If she allows that its another indication she needs help...badly!!
Somehow it explains a lot about Lydia that she still sleeps with a baby blanket. Her behavior is definitely infantile. And her mom, smokes pot -- guess the apple didn't fall far form the tree.
Lydia. Don't do us any more favors with you geography lessons about Canada. I am a teacher and have many friends who have traveled in your beautiful country. I teach kindergarten and my children learn about the 7 continents. I teach them about our good neighbors in Canada. Please don't be so disrespectful and act like Americans are not aware of your country.
