The Real Housewives of Miami
In a move sure to launch a thousand "turning up the heat" puns, we're heading to Miami for our next batch of Real Housewives.

Following stops in Orange County, New York City, Atlanta, New Jersey, D.C., and Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Miami premieres on February 22 at 109c, highlighting six of the most connected and influential women in that cultural hotspot. Without further adieu, meet the ladies:

Lea Black -- The Texas native and wife of nationally known defense attorney Roy Black is making her mark on Miami as a community leader and philanthropist.

Marysol Patton -- This PR maven has a roster of A-list clients, a hot female staff, and a mother who's a spiritual "seer,"

Adriana DeMoura-Sidi -- This Brazilian bombshell is a highly respected art curator and a divorced mother who's finding love again.

Alexia Echevarria -- The executive editor of lifestyle and fashion-focused Venue Magazine has her finger on the pulse of Latin culture.

Cristy Rice -- This fiercely proud Miami native is single and loving it after her divorce from NBA superstar Glen Rice.

Larsa Pippen -- This bold, brash Lebanese beauty and wife of NBA superstar Scottie Pippen has been called "the hottest NBA wife."

(Check out photos of our newest Housewives.)

Can't wait for this fresh batch of Housewives (or just eager to see terrain not blanketed by snow)? Check out a sneak peek of The Real Housewives of Miami.

Miami Housewives are trashy for the way that they speak to each other. So similar to Atlantic and New York  housewives... sad and makes women looks so bad

I really cannot stand Adrianna. She is so jealous of Joanna it is pathetic.  She was known before this show! Get over it!

Definitly Marisol is my favorite housewife of Miami, and of course her mother Elsa , she brought a differet spice to the show, Larsa has a huge superiority complex, she treats her staff like slaves, probably is cultural even though she is from Chicago , Cristy is an embarrassment for the cuban comunity in miami, she is one of those that thinks that cubans created Miami. She actually acts as if she is still in high school, and the attitude that I'm better than anyone. She does not realize how loud and impropiate she is.I have been living in Miami for 20 years and beleive me that is the attitude that young cubans have in south beach, is sad, because she has no manners. Thank you Jose

Adriana is very fortunate to have Lea as a good friend. This is about the most positive aspect of this show to display true friendship and caring.

I'm sure these women are quite smart and interesting, but yet do not bring entertainment value. I'm shocked this was the best bravo found in Miami, I was really excited to see some spice added to the franchise, but I'm quite disappointed and will not be watching. However, doing a great job with all the RH shows, except DC (that one also brought no entertainment value).

Being from Miami, I believe you did a fine job reflecting the great people have to offer. I am, however, a bit taken aback on the lack of focus on professional and successful women.

Overall, I must say, I love the fact that you have finally included Miami in your housewives series. It's about time!

I cannot believe Bravo pushed NYC back for this garbage. WTF?! I am from Miami, and this is absolutely horrible. Horrible. Please, no season 2.

Boo Bravo! I can say that just having seen the video you have to wet our appetite for the new Miami group I will not be watching these "ladies". I didn't think it could have gotten worse than the Atlanta group - which my hubby will not allow on when he is home because he says it is too "Jerry Springer" for us! I now have chosen to draw my line in the sand as well with this trashy bunch you rustled up. Women deserve better and will demand better of you, Bravo! With the new OWN network that upbuilds us, why would we subject ourselves to rolling in the mud with this type of programming? Oprah has trained us to want better for ourselves!!! Step up to us, not talk down at us.

I am looking forward to the new Bethany episodes.
