Surprisingly, it has nothing to do with food!

Nigella Lawson, who recently popped up on WWHL, is a big fan of one particular Bravo show, and I might not be the one you'd assume. You were assuming Top Chef, right?!)

The effortlessly chic judge on The Taste and author of the new cookbook Nigellisima, adores... Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis.

"I'm absolutely crazy about that program," she told Bravo. "I love it because he [Jeff Lewis] is very funny and clever, and it's riveting looking inside people's houses and it's riveting looking inside people's relationships."

Like Jeff, Nigella often has to tell people things they might not want to hear, but Nigella admits her crisp Mary Poppins accent works both for and against her on the this side of the pond.

"On the one hand people imbue this accent with confidence and authority, neither of which I have in huge amounts but on the negative side I think people feel, 'What are you, British person, doing criticizing us?' "

The 53-year-old mother of two is also looking more svelte these days the result of an exercise regime that she always vowed never to do. But Nigella, who famously loves her food, realized that if she were to continue eating what she liked then she'd have to start sweating. That means pilates with an "Australian sadist" and the treadmill, "which I never run," lunges. and light weights with a, "gentle English person."
