Peggy Tanous and Gretchen Rossi of The Real Housewives of Orange County
The ladies of The Real Housewives of Orange County try to avoid bickering and backstabbing. No, seriously.

"I think we all agree, none of us try to start drama," Peggy Tanous, the latest blonde to join the group tells People. "That's definitely not my personality, but somehow it just happens." Like magic? Yeah, not exactly. "It's called camera balls," quips co-star Gretchen Rossi.

After six seasons, has founding Housewife Vicki Gunvalson lost some of her trademark "camera balls"? Known for giving freshmen cast members a hard time, Gretchen added, "Peggy got off real easy!"

"I think Vicki and Tamra finally just thought, 'Why be mean anymore? Let's just love,'" last year's new girl, Alexis Bellino, told People. So what's the deal, Vick? "Peggy's about our age. She's an Aries. I'm an Aries. We like each other," the O.C. vet explained (sans her signature "woo-hoo!"). "I really just encouraged [Peggy] to learn from us. We've been around on this for awhile, [so] don't come in as a know-it-all. She did everything she was told."
