Could another boughetto affair be in the works?

The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks tells UsWeekly, "I'm happy for Kim (Zolciak). If she needs me to help with her baby shower, I will definitely do that with pleasure!"

It wasn't too long ago that women wore Kentucky Derby-style hats and ballerinas danced at Phaedra's over-the-top baby shower. And who can forget the crown of roses in her hair and rhinestones on her eyelids that prompted co-star Kandi Burruss to coin the term "boughetto"? "I don't know if Kim is all about the crystals on the eyes, but Kim's a fashion diva so I'm sure she'll be a very stylish pregnant woman," says Phaedra, who was equally a fashionable mommy-to-be.

Kim's already mom to daughters Brielle and Ariana, so she's mastered dirty diapers and car seats. However, there is another Housewife who she'd turn to for newborn advice. The "Ring Didn't Mean a Thing" singer, who's five months along, tweeted, "I would have to say being on island with @Bethenny would be a blast, plus its been 9yrs since I have had a baby I cud use her input ;)"

A preggers Kim Zolciak and Bethenny Frankel trapped together on an island? Did someone say "spin-off."
