And their (designer) gloves are off!
The agents had agreed to co-list a multi-million-dollar apartment at Lispenard Street, but when the property had gone unsold, Fredrik took matters into his own hands and sold the listing.
Naturally, Luis was upset about Fredrik's betrayal and when the two met for cocktails on a Manhattan rooftop, they engaged in one of the most epic battles on the series yet. The normally-collected Fredrik even tossed a drink all over Luis!
Who do you think is correct in this situation? Did Fredrik betray Luis? Or did Luis miss out on his opportunity to sell his first major listing? Tell us in our poll and re-watch the clip below.

Maybe the problem isn't so much about the listing and the potential commission but the fact that Fredrik embarrassed Luis by divulging the information in front of a client at the listing party. However, in the argument I think that Fredrik was the victor simply because he didn't get as riled as Luis until the end of the argument. Also, the check that was made such a big deal over by Luis...yeah he cashed that (Fredrik mentions it later in the episode when he tells his fiance about the fight), which makes Luis seem like a chump and unable to make a point.
Fredrick you have no class I understand that you want to stay on top, but you don't have to be a bastard on your way there. Luis your mom has to be proud of you.
fredrik is the master ! tape record that over and over and send it to Luis so that he listen 2 it when he sleeps
