How great was that?? I laughed, too. It was so good to see Fabio back - he was my favorite of season 5. Speaking of that episode, did anyone other than me think that Spike and Dale were WAY out of line with Michael Chiarello? I'll admit Michael was a bit arrogant but he deserves respect both for being an amazing chef and for the success he has achieved with his businesses.

I always loved watching and listening to Fabio..he is so funny and good natured...and of course a wonderful hot Italian chef!!!

My family and I have been watching Top Chef for years and Fabio has been our favorite Chef ever! Right on, Rita! Fabio SHOULD have his own show! I'd totally watch that! His statements are hilarious!

Fabio needs his own show, not only is he a great cook, but he has personality to carry it off, he could be an additional judge on the Top Chef show especially since the board could use a younger chef's voice, it would make the show edgier and add some much needed personality. Or he could be Padama's sidekick working directly with the challenges. It's win/win either way.

Fabio is the man! He is a definite star! I'm surprised he doesn't have his own show already, he really, really should, though! It would be great, he would be great! He is an extremely talented chef, he has a lot of information that he could certainly relay to the viewer in a very engaging and interesting, not to mention hot and very, very sexy! I remember when Fabio was competing and someone kept on making scallop dishes and he said "This is Top Chef, not Top SCALLOPS!" He made me bust out laughing then as much as his "Sweating like a Mountain Goat on the beach!" did now. Funny, a superb chef, REAL easy on the eyes, what's NOT to like???

Me and my daughter Kellie (and all of her friends) love Fabio. We missed him terribly after the show was over. Please give him his own show. Probably about 50 of us in his fan club.

The bloody stump broken finger comment was the best during the season...that is a true chef...someone willing to chop off a finger to finish his masterpiece meal.

Give Fabio his own show for sure. He is the best! Last season when he said he would rather cut off his broken finger and sear it on the flat top before going home for an injury!!! AWESOME!
