Last night's Top Chef Masters was CRAAAZY. The twists, the fighting, and the ... shvitzing? Amidst all the action last night, there was one moment where I literally just cracked up: Fabio, describing, the weather outside when the chefs were moved to the roof of the SLS hotel, said
Not just a mountain goat, who would apparently sweat a lot, but one on the beach. Ah yes, makes sense.
Was I the only one DYING over this?
I died laughing at that!!!!!!! Oh I really miss his comments so it was amazing to hear a good zinger!
How great was that?? I laughed, too. It was so good to see Fabio back - he was my favorite of season 5. Speaking of that episode, did anyone other than me think that Spike and Dale were WAY out of line with Michael Chiarello? I'll admit Michael was a bit arrogant but he deserves respect both for being an amazing chef and for the success he has achieved with his businesses.
I always loved watching and listening to Fabio..he is so funny and good natured...and of course a wonderful hot Italian chef!!!
I could not stop laughing! I wish Fabio could be brought back on a regular basis. Love to hear more of his hysterical comments!!!!!
I want to hear it's Top Chef Master, not Top Scallop! That Top Scallop comment always makes me chuckle. I was surprised Jamie wasn't prepping scallops tonight.
It just made me realize how much I miss watching him!
Bravo should really think about doing a show around him!!!!
My family and I have been watching Top Chef for years and Fabio has been our favorite Chef ever! Right on, Rita! Fabio SHOULD have his own show! I'd totally watch that! His statements are hilarious!
NeNe,and Lisa, make the show. They are down to earth and they kept it real, and they do not bit their tough. keep on keeping on, my girls.
Fabio needs his own show, not only is he a great cook, but he has personality to carry it off, he could be an additional judge on the Top Chef show especially since the board could use a younger chef's voice, it would make the show edgier and add some much needed personality. Or he could be Padama's sidekick working directly with the challenges. It's win/win either way.
Fabio is the man! He is a definite star! I'm surprised he doesn't have his own show already, he really, really should, though! It would be great, he would be great! He is an extremely talented chef, he has a lot of information that he could certainly relay to the viewer in a very engaging and interesting, not to mention hot and very, very sexy! Has anyone looked at him lately or what, he is gorgeous!! Talk about an Italian Stallion! No wonder his name is Fabio, he should have been doing all of those romance novels, damn, I would be the best damn reader in the world! I would love to watch Fabio do his own show, as I'm positive lots of people would, even men, because he can also get men interested in cooking! Fabio, good luck in all that you do and why couldn't I have known you! I'll see you in my dreams!
I Love Mrs.NeNe, She is the Queen Diva of the show! It's Delightful to see some one I relate with on the show. My family always jokes about who is the worse in telling it like the see it. Me or nene. Do not ever Change mami! God Bless to you and your family. And a beautiful one at that.
I thought I was the only one who was splitting their sides over Fabiro's mountain goat reference. Funnnnny!!!
Fabio is hands down the most ab-fab personality on Bravo, EVER. Just him saying the words mountain goat is hilarious. He should have his own show-- he can teach us his way of cooking, and maybe he can teach us a little italian? Come on Bravo, before another network scoops him up.......
I want this quote on a T-shirt!!! Someone give Fabio his own show, he is pure entertainment no matter what he does.
Fabio is to D-I-E for! We need one show that puts him and Rachel Zoe in one place to see how ism's we can get! Bravo make some t-shirts!! AND while you're at it, run an episode of the the top Fabio and Zoe quotes!
I remember when Fabio was competing and someone kept on making scallop dishes and he said "This is Top Chef, not Top SCALLOPS!" He made me bust out laughing then as much as his "Sweating like a Mountain Goat on the beach!" did now. Funny, a superb chef, REAL easy on the eyes, what's NOT to like???
plenty of people would watch his show just to see HIM! And I'm sure we'd get a lot of good cooking tips too; Come on Bravo, give Fabio his own show. Out of all the Top Chef contestants, he is the most memorable; he's always coming up with some witty saying.
Me and my daughter Kellie (and all of her friends) love Fabio. We missed him terribly after the show was over. Please give him his own show. Probably about 50 of us in his fan club.
The bloody stump broken finger comment was the best during the season...that is a true chef...someone willing to chop off a finger to finish his masterpiece meal.
fabio is just as nice and handsome in person. we went to his restaurant for his book signing.(Moorpark, ca.) my sister is also a big fan, and would love to see him in his own show soon!!! you rock fabio!!!
Give Fabio his own show for sure. He is the best! Last season when he said he would rather cut off his broken finger and sear it on the flat top before going home for an injury!!! AWESOME!
