Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week starts February 13th, but it seems that it may be one of the last times collections are shown in Bryant Park. According to The New York Times, the event will move to Lincoln Center starting in 2010.

Fashion big-wigs have been fighting the move for years now, but I wondered what one of our own fashion big-wigs, Rachel Zoe, thought about the move. So, um, I asked her:

"I think on the one hand it’s very sad that it would be leaving the garment district with all that represents but on the other it’s kind of exciting that it would be at Lincoln Center which is one of the landmarks on NYC."

I kind of agree, although is it wrong that my biggest concern is that I won't be able to just walk to the shows from 30 Rock now? Probably.
