'RHOBH's' Mohamed Hadid in Legal Battle with... Sylvester Stallone?!

The action star is not pleased with the work done on his home.

Apr 9

Mohamed Hadid, Yolanda Foster's ex and kick-ass RHOBH party-thrower, doesn’t seem to mesh with men the same way he does with the ladies. The silky-haired stunner is currently at war with... actor Sylvester Stallone and it’s getting pretty rocky (har har).

All we can say is, "Huh?!"

Apparently, Stallone initially hired Hadid to work on his home as a contractor after being introduced by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills matriarch Lisa Vanderpump. But soon, things went south. According to TMZ.com, Stallone filed a lawsuit against Hadid a year ago, claiming his “inexpensive, damaged deteriorating and uneven cabinetry and malfunctioning appliances.” Now in new court documents, Hadid alleges that Stallone told him he was going to “blow his head off” or “smash it in with a baseball bat.” Sly also reportedly told Hadid “I am going to kill you.”

Marty Singer, the Los Angeles uber-lawyer famous for repping a laundry list of big names, told ABC News that Mohamed’s claims are a “desperate ploy to smear my client on the eve of trial” and says Hadid is an “individual who loves to publicize himself.”

Sounds like Stallone won’t be hanging out with the giant camels at Mohamed’s next big party. As for Lisa, just told TMZ that "they're old enough to make their own decisions."

P.S. Let's remember the good times, like the ones with camels! And mermaids! Watch:

You mean you aren't backing your friend Mohammad up!?

avanbourgondien Actually Lisa is right. You can't apply every logic to every situation. First of all, this matter is a business deal gone sour... there is no need for other people, even friends to butt-in. This is unlike a personal attack Lisa has to endure and while fully knowing that Lisa would never do anything that she is accused of, Kyle decided to not step in and defend her... on purpose. In this case Lisa might not even know what went on and what happened with the business deal... way different than Lisa's situation. And of course, if she has to talk to a friend or if she is amongst her circle of friends, she might even defend Mohamed and/or back him up but she does not have to do that to TMZ or whatever. Besides, it looked like Kyle actually participated in the attack on Lisa... so don't compare two scenarios... be smarter than that. Kyle is very manipulative and a big liar... remember how she lied about what happened on game night when she recited the whole thing to Lisa. She has no credibility.

I don't know what to think about this one. I just hope they settle it . I'm sure it's all about money. What's with rich people needing lawyers all the time?
